Canon Powershot SD550

Omg, there’s a Canon Powershot SD 550 out now! The only difference I see between this and the SD500 is the bigger 2.5″ screen. There’s also a slower shutter speed option, and it also takes two types of media cards, but that’s about it. So the price for the SD500 should drop soon. ;) But I am thinking about getting the SD300 and a Digital SLR later on.
Other new cameras include the SD450 and the SD30.

Unless you need the smaller camera, save up and get the dSLR. And let me know if you need any help choosing–I’ve done a load of research.
