We knew that Cingular had plans for the iPhone, but now it’s AT&T’s turn. I’m waiting for Verizon! :)
AT&T Inc. and Apple® today announced three simple, affordable service plans for iPhone™ which start at just $59.99 per month. All three plans include unlimited data, Visual Voicemail, 200 SMS text messages, roll-over minutes and unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling. With everything else already included, iPhone customers can easily choose the plan that’s right for them based on the amount of voice minutes they plan to use each month. In addition, iPhone customers can choose from any of AT&T’s standard service plans. -Read more..

Well, you know AT&T is Cingular now… and I hear AT&T has a 5 year exclusivity contract with Apple for the iPhone. Don’t know how true that is, and I didn’t bother to google it to see if it is in fact true. Sorry ;)
Oh yea, I totally forgot the two are one now. heh
Yeah, it’s the same service, they just changed the name back to AT&T. And AT&T rocks. … because I work for them, lol.
Everyone keeps saying how evil AT&T is, I don’t think they’re any more evil than the other service providers. In fact, I’ve had Sprint and Verizon and my AT&T phone gets such better service in this area. Plus, Verizon totally frelled us over. Well, the guy at the store by us anyway. He told us our contract was up when it wasn’t, so we had to pay a $400 early termination fee X( I’m not supposed to be saying bad things about the competition, but it’s true, lol.
Um, yay, anyway, buy an iPhone. I didn’t, cause I like my phone, but, if you like it…
