I’m on GeekBrief.tv. Sorta! :) Thanks Cali , Neal, and Eric!
I was first interested in augmented reality when Cali Qik-ed about it. It’s like overlaying virtual reality over real life. Totally mind boggling. And then I came across this video from Eric Rice. You just have to watch it. It’s hard to explain how a 3D a cat is popping out of a 2D piece of paper, but Eric does a good job at explaining it.
I’m so ready for this Augmented Future we’re heading towards. Maybe one day, our world would turn into something like the world in Minority Report, but let’s hope it’s much safer!

Augmented Reality is such an amazing technology! I’ve never heard of it before until Cali Lewis did a qik episode on it. Seeing Second Life integrated with physical space just boggles my mind!
Check out this video of Cali where Second Life is overlayed with real physical space.
