The Strange Requests We Get

I wrote a Trouble Ticketing system for my workplace about two an a half years ago in PHP/mySQL. It’s been running pretty smoothly since. We get about 5-10 requests a day with it. It’s mostly to help staff install something that needs Administrative privledges, fix a printer, network issues, monitors, etc. But never have we ever had one requesting us to “Move a brain to the desktop.” Wait, did I say “a brain?” It’s actually requesting us to move two!
