So what’s going to be new in MSIE 7.0? It’s been a while since Microsoft updated their browser. Do you think there will be tabs like in Firefox and Opera? And will the browser comply with CSS 2.0 standards? Details of MSIE 7.0 are starting to leak out.

According to various sources, MSIE 7.0 will have the following features:
- Tabbed Browsing
- Support for IDN
- Transparent PNG support
- Simplify printing
- Built-in news aggregator
- Many security enhancements

But of course, nothing is certain until MSIE 7.0 is released. I’m excited to see what they’ve done!

It’ll be interesting to see what else they do come up with for IE7.

I’ve been subscribing to the IE blog [http://blogs.msdn.com/ie], and there’s been some interesting posts on there.

Nothing is official I guess until the final product is released as beta/RTM.
