Picasa 2

I got the opportunity to help teach a class of Retired Staff yesterday. Our topic was “Digital Cameras and Editing Digital Photos.” It was so much fun, and everyone was so appreciative.

I got to show them differences in digital cameras — sizes, megapixels, etc. And then showed them how to use Picasa 2 to easily edit and organize their photos. They loved it! And it’s so easy to use… and all the visual effects were great. I really like the red eye reduction in Picasa. Normally, it costs money for a plugin that does that for Photoshop.
