While reading about Amazon’s RSS feeds in the last post, I stumbled upon this great site about RSS called LockerGnome.com! One service that I really love about them is their Syndication of news service.
Instead of giving you a boring ol’ logo that never really does anything except sit there, you can link to the latest Lockergnome headlines on your own Web site(s) with the following dynamically-generated buttons!
So these are the news buttons that I’ve chosen:
Thank you LockerGnome.com!

Just found a list of Amazon.com Syndicated Content! Now I can stay up-to-date on new products! I’m a big fan of digital cameras, so I had to add that feed. :)
Or better yet, add a bunch of categories into one feed with Lockergnome’s Amazon RSS Feed Generator! Here’s mine. It contains various things from geek stuff to action pack dvds. From arts and crafts to pop and r&b music. ;)

My friend Cessy introduced me to this wonderful RSS Aggregator called Sage. It’s a lightweight RSS and Atom feed aggregator extension for Mozilla Firefox.
Some of the main features are:
- Reads RSS (2.0, 1.0, 0.9x) and Atom feeds
- Feed Discovery
- Integrates with Firefox’s bookmark storage and Live Bookmarks
- Imports and exports OPML feed lists
- Newspaper feed rendering customizable via style sheets
- Technorati and RSS search engine integration
- Support for the following locales: Argentine Spanish, Catalan, Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, and Swedish
- Simple, one step install / uninstall
I installed Sage, and within a minute, I was already adding all of my favorite feeds! Installation is simple as long as you have Firefox installed. And if you don’t, go install FireFox!
After installation, you can add Rss Feed. :) To turn on Sage, go to Tools -> Sage. To add Sage to your Toolbar, go to View -> Toolbars -> Customize, and then drag the Sage icon to your toolbar.

Here is a snapshot of my installations of Sage. I really love the customized CSS file. You can also create your own CSS file as well.
I also like Sage much better because you can see more than 1 article at once.
